Madeira is a gorgeous place, even late in the year, and we were fortunate to have a wonderful tour guide who was a local for 30 years to show us around. Riding around in a tuk tuk, up and down mountains and around rolling corners as we gazed out over a lush landscape was already a magical experience, but our guide made it truly unforgettable. Decio Andre was friendly, funny and clearly dedicated to ensuring we got the most out of our tour right from the start. We became fast friends and he constantly went above and beyond to ensure we saw all the best parts of his homeland. I highly recommend this tour, even if you have already been to Madeira, as the experience of riding around in a tuk tuk in this beatiful paradise is truly unparalleled!

Our tour guide was excellent, we learned more from him on this tour in 5 minutes than on 2 days hop on hop off bus. The sights were really good and the tour guide delivered with a sense of humour. It was quite a long day but a really good chance to see the beautiful peaks and learn about the west of the island.

Really enjoyed the tour. Went to one of the mountains and had fantastic views then had an off road journey that was very fun. Next was a drink in an authentic cafe and finally more fantastic views of the island. Our guide was excellent and highly recommended. He made the experience really special.

Excellent tour and very interesting. Sofia was a great host and got to say the food and wine was very top notch, best we’ve had while on holiday.

dolphins, whales, offroad adventure - we enjoyed very much, nice trip
