Full description
Take a guided full-day trip to Cairo to see the most important attractions on any trip to Egypt: the Egyptian Museum, the Pyramids of Giza, and the Great Sphinx. Start with a very early morning pickup from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh at 12:30 AM. Your Egyptologist tour guide will greet you at the lobby of your hotel and assist you to the bus station, where you’ll take the approximately 6-hour journey to Cairo on a comfortable air-conditioned bus.   When you arrive in Cairo, your tour guide will meet up with you again at the bus station and take you to the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities (Egyptian Museum). Spend the morning exploring this massive museum, which houses approximately 120,000 items. See the glittering treasures of Tutankhamun, grave goods, mummies, jewellery, household items, and toys of Egyptians whose names are lost to history.   After lunch in a local restaurant, you’ll head to the Pyramids of Giza — see the Great Pyramid, the Pyramid of Khafre, the Pyramid of Menkaure, and the Sphinx, situated beside each other in an awe-inspiring sight. This complex is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and the only remaining Wonder of the Ancient World.   After exploring these magnificent structures, your tour guide will bring you back to the bus station for your ride back to Sharm El Sheikh.

Transfert from Sharm El Sheikh to Caire way too long with various stops due mostly because of Police checkpoints. And the bus is not that comfortable. Escalating the Great Pyramid, taking photos while on camels at the panoramic view was wonderful. We also had an amazing trip by boat on the Nil River. The last stop at the Essence company « perfumeries » was very pleasant. The lunch that’s been served was welcomed. I strongly recommend this tour.

A good way of seeing the Pyramids on a budget. Represented good value for money. It is a very long day but you were able to sleep on the bus and leave items on there so you could take food, drink, warm clothes etc. The bus journey is long, but the bus was aircon, toilet etc. and pretty comfy. We had a bit of a faff with the trip being cancelled then back on again which was a bit frustrating but the communication with the provider was good throughout

Abit disappointed trip was ok, booked as a 18 hour trip but ended up being 28 hours. Being on a fully booked coach & seats were very uncomfortable for that length of journey. Bottled water was included if you paid for it. Would recommend to do add on when there rather than pre book as we weren’t allowed to go into great pyramid of which we paid for due to not enough time, told too big to go inside & be very hot. Camel ride was good, pleased to see pyramids. The shopping was a trip to where make paper & try to sell you. & perfume place. River Nile boat was small boat but it built up around quite abit of which I was told before hand, but can say I done it. If choose to go on this trip prepare to take spare food & drink as only fed once. A stop either way to get off walk around fir extra food & toilet. Overall was pleased I went but not for length of time. We was refunded when got home for not being allowed in great pyramid once reported.
