We had a super fun afternoon and evening, the pasta cooking class is really great!! A must to do. Under the guidance of Valerio and Isabelle we were able to make two types of pasta from Sardinia. Everything was explained step by step. Together with their dear friends, we learned step by step how to prepare fresh pasta. After all the work was done, we had a nice drink while enjoying a glass of wine, meat and cheese snacks. Afterwards we can enjoy our homemade pastas together.

I highly recommend you book this experience, it is amazing! Isabella and Valerio are very kind and funny people. They picked us up and drove us to a beautiful house were we took the pasta making class. Every step was explained very well and they were very supportive and encouraging in their teaching methods, which was great because I am a far from natural cook :-) After the class we enjoyed some delicious snacks, drinks and our self-made pasta in their lovely garden.

We had a wonderful afternoon with great conversations and even better food. Isabella and Valerio are super nice people and the pasta making was a lot of fun. I was so in love with the bread Valerio baked that he gave me a quarter of it and I smuggled it home :-) I would highly recommend!
