This was a fascinating tour of Cadiz with Bertrande. He knew a huge amount of the history of Cadiz, we walked along the ancient walls then through the maze of narrow streets, ending up at the market where we learnt about all the different local Fish. We ended up having a delicious dry sherry at the end of the tour. My friend and I went back to sample a fish place recommended on the tour and the food was delicious.
