Madeira is a gorgeous place, even late in the year, and we were fortunate to have a wonderful tour guide who was a local for 30 years to show us around. Riding around in a tuk tuk, up and down mountains and around rolling corners as we gazed out over a lush landscape was already a magical experience, but our guide made it truly unforgettable. Decio Andre was friendly, funny and clearly dedicated to ensuring we got the most out of our tour right from the start. We became fast friends and he constantly went above and beyond to ensure we saw all the best parts of his homeland. I highly recommend this tour, even if you have already been to Madeira, as the experience of riding around in a tuk tuk in this beatiful paradise is truly unparalleled!

Nadja picked us up at the cruise terminal right on the ship. She spoke German well and told us a lot of interesting things. Tuxi is a great adventure, close to nature, so you could stop right at the banana plantations, sugar cane fields or vineyards and inspect and explain everything directly from the Tuxi. There is plenty of space for two, you are fast on the road, you feel great, like in a convertible. Even taking a rollator with you was possible without any problems. With the small vehicle you can get anywhere where other tours have to fit. Tour was great. Nadja stopped at great places, gave us enough time to explore .... took photos of us ... 100% recommendation. We were back on time at the ship.

we had a fantastic 4 hrs tour our driver Hugo was extremely knowable and very funny this tour made our holiday a must and well worth the money we did stop at a cafe for a freshly made poncho drink it cost 2 euros but again great to watch the bar make it fresh also had hand full of chips and nibbles free in me and my wife's opinion an all round great tour. if I had to pick fault its just the age of the vehicle not a shinny new one but still great

This is an excellent way to explore the island. It’s much more enjoyable and personal than a traditional bus tour. My driver Andre was a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide and I learned much more than expected about the island and the inhabitants.

Excellent off roading, great wine and overall a really good day!
