Embark on a full-day trip to discover the natural splendor of Ireland's GIant's Causeway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, head to the vibrant city of Belfast where you'll enjoy a guided tour.

Departing from Dublin, continue along the coastal road in your transfer vehicle until you reach the Northern Irish countryside. Enjoy scenic views of the Causeway Coast and the basalt columns sticking out of the sea.

Formed more than 60 million years ago, the legend of the rocks features an Irish giant named Finn who was challenged to bridge the sea between Ireland and Scotland. Next, make your way to Belfast City and follow your guide as they show you around this city that is rich in heritage, and offers a host of vibrant cultural and artistic experiences for you to enjoy.

I paid 80€ but it was worth it given the long distance and the sites you get to (especially Giant’s Causeway). Our guide was sweet and laid back, and sometimes sang during the trip which really makes the atmosphere nice and welcoming :) We stayed 2 hours at the Causeway, which felt ok (it didn’t feel rushed). We also stopped at Dark Hedges, which I didn’t expect - it was a lovely surprise. For some reason we didn’t go to Belfast. It isn’t completely clear to me why, the guide told us that everything was closed in the city, which didn’t make much sense to me. We went to Dundalk as a fallback, which is a pretty city but honestly doesn’t offer much for tourists, especially when you compare it to a capital - where we were supposed to go. I understand that the tour plans can be altered, but I didn’t get the reason for this change of plans. The bus was kinda small, more like a shuttle (average seats, no power sockets, etc.) but it was not an issue to me.

Lovely day trip North from Dublin. Air conditioned bus was good. Could have spent longer at the Giants Causeway as the loop walk was a little rushed. It was stunning scenery that could have been enjoyed for longer. A quick look at Belfast only....But hard to fit everything in I guess. Overall a good day.

The beautiful countryside of Northern Ireland is the activity's strongest element. The Giant's Causeway is a nice area (just nice, not great). Spent almost 2hrs there. It's enough. Belfast is very interesting and lively. Spent almost 2,5hrs there. It's enough for a long walk to its main attractions, some shopping and a cup of coffee. We also visited a lovely place called "Dark Hedges", where scenes from the Game of Thrones were shot. There was no guide, just the driver. Nice guy. He gave us a lot of tourist information.
