Due to the low water level, the boat trip was canceled, at least that was the reason. I had booked the trip at 11.30 in the morning and the excursion would take place around 4 p.m. In my opinion it is better to state on the website that it is not yet certain that the excursion will take place. That is a lot fairer than being told a few hours later (when picking up tickets) that the whole trip is canceled. Very bad service!
