The guides made an effort in Portuguese for those who didn't speak Spanish so well. It's nice for those who don't know the city yet, do the full tour. If you want to go back to the place later, you already know where it is.

I have always enjoyed all of the activities on your site. Usually, they are excellent. But not this one. Here is what was wrong: 1. They gave the wrong address for pickup. We waited for over an hour and then learned of this. That wasted most of the morning. 2. When we finally got on a bus, they used a loudspeaker system that was so poor practically nobody could hear it. 3. On another bus, they had no loudspeaker at all. I have taken bus tours in many cities, but the one from this company is a waste of money and time. They should not be part of your very good company!
