This was a very enjoyable workshop. The location of the bakery was very central, and the basement kitchen/classroom was a lovely surprise. Lily, our "teacher," explained the process very clearly, and she was a pleasure. Each participant made three kortoshes which were color-coded so that you only touched the ones you are making, and no one else could touch yours (very important in today's world of viruses). We ended the workshop with three kortoshes which were delicious, the recipe and instructions, and a certificate of completion. The workshop took about an hour. I really recommend it!

An amazing experience to hear about the history of the Chimney Cakes and not only see the process but do it yourself! We made three each so they kept us going for the rest of the day haha! Would recommend for something different and fun to do!

Such a fun experience! Very well done, interesting to learn about the process and the end products were delicious!

We so enjoyed! The sommelier was so knowledgeable and fun. Cozy setting. Highly recommend!

Lili the host was great. Made it very enjoyable and fun to do
