Elegant, kind, polite Mr. driver was waiting for us at the airport. He took our luggage and escorted us to the parking lot where a clean, comfortable Van was waiting for us. The journey was comfortable and safe. He waited until we entered the building; me and my 10-year-old granddaughter (3 am, uninteresting dark alley). Thank you.

Very professional, courteous and helpful. Our flight was delayed causing us to miss connection into Budapest. We contacted them immediately and they graciously changed our reservation to the following day. We did not get an English driver, my guess due to short notice for change. However, our driver was friendly and waiting for us at airport taking us to our hotel smoothly. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
