The first stop on your tour is to an educational oenologist vineyard on Budafok’s hilltop. Whilst there you can admire the cultivated fields of different grape types. From there, travel along the chestnut-tree-lined village streets to Törley to discover some sparkling wine cellars. Whilst at these cellars, learn about sparkling wine production in the riddling-rack bottle tunnels. Savor the pleasant experience of tasting sweet Tokaji Doux - made with the Hungarian grape variety Furmint, as well as a dry chardonnay titled Brut Nature. In the next 150-year-old cellar, walk amongst the barrels and taste fresh Rhine riesling, rosé, and cabernet sauvignon, made locally from the cellar’s own South-Balaton vineyard grapes. At the conclusion of your tour, return to Budapest where you are dropped off in the city center.
