The actual route aside from not seeing the front of Buckingham Palace was good. What really let the whole experience down was the headphone commentary. Our group found this to be childish and informative in any tangible way. This tour would be greatly improved if there was a continual commentary talking about all of the sites and places of interest that we passed. Scrap the quiz and the mindless banter. No one is interested.

Even though I’m a Londoner overall I learnt so much from the tour guide who was knowledgeable and presented facts in an interesting way. Tim was a great host for the 3 hour walking tour. Loads of facts and stories which were fun and great even for those who have lived or worked in London for years. Then we were on our own with tickets for the cable car (not sure why but we only had single tickets which meant queuing to buy returns in the rain). Then the walk across the dome. Thankfully it had stopped raining and the views were brilliant and well briefed. Matt was fab and the experience is all well planned. A lovely day - thank you

That was to celebrate my son's 12th birthday. We enjoyed exploring London. Cruise on Thames with fantastic commentary of captains. Good facilities, nice and clean. The only thing, we had not enough time to finish all activities in on day. Bus stop running at about 5pm, not enough for us but i am planing to take another tour soon. Is worth of money. Thank you to all nice tootbus and city cruise staff. Very up lifting after spending time in lockdowns. Thank you, my son really enjoyed it.

Very nice tour and very clear also they are helpful when you need. But it should tell on the bus stop the time table to know how long we will wait for the next one.
