    Discover the landlocked Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on a full-day tour from Brussels, traveling through the scenic Ardennes forests along the way. Continue to Luxembourg City, capital of the Grand Duchy. Here, your guide will take you to the Kirchberg quarter, site of many of the buildings of the European Union, such as the European Court of Justice, and the European Commission. Wander the streets of the old town, and go to the impressive Notre-Dame Cathedral, a beautiful example of late Gothic architecture with Renaissance adornments. There will be time to marvel at the Palace of the Grand Duke, and see the city’s fortifications during some free time in the city center. After some free time in the city, visit the picturesque village of Dinant, with its fifteenth century collegial, its citadel and its tiny saxophone museum (optional). Choose between a private and a shared option.

    The Tour covers your transit to Luxembourg and Dinant. There is a short walking tour in Luxembourg City which takes you in the lower area for beautiful photo ops. Only complaint is you only get about 1hr15 free time in the city which is your lunch time as well. Leaving 30 min earlier would be beneficial. Dilant is picturesque, about an hour stop which is more than enough time

    Absolutely amazing day despite the cold weather. Stefan was our guide and he was the best. Very knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. My only feedback is that it would be nice to have more free time to explore. We barely got 45 mins in each place so it all felt rushed.

    - Both Dinant and Luxembourg are great cities to visit. - The guide know a lot of stuff about the history of these cities and about Belgium in general. - We had time to view most of Luxembourg (around 3 hours) but I would’ve wanted maybe half an hour more in Dinant (we had only 1 hour). One hour is enough to see the Dinant Citadel and take some pictures around the city, but you don’t have time to go to a nice bar. - The guide will give you a radio with headphones and these are not great in quality (mine broke down)
