Other than a lot of Covid impacts to the individual attractions, this pass is a good value. It IS a bit confusing up front and some of the timed attractions did not allow you to book the times in advance. But overall, we had no issues... and the attractions were all familiar with the pass and accepted it without much issue. We were very satisfied with our choice of this as opposed to purchasing individual tickets.

A lot of places are not open or have limited capacity so you need to make a reservation ahead of time. Disappointed that the hop on hop off busses were not available and the only pick up spot for the Big Bus was Times Square so we missed out using the bus to get around. Otherwise a good deal and you get to see a lot of NY!

Two-part experience: The attraction and the voucher are top, the support from get your guide is absolutely bad. Why? When asked where the ticket will now be exchanged, there was a clear answer, but the question why two different addresses exist between the web and the app was a great surprise. Having arrived in New York to exchange tickets, the provider was amazed because get your guides already gives you the digital sightseeing pass in the app. Accordingly, no exchange is necessary! Admission with the voucher went smoothly, but I am very surprised that this provider hardly or hardly seems to know its own products. Another small note: As a service provider, a serious appearance is also important in WhatsApp Chat. There is still clear potential here. Nevertheless, the voucher you get here is the Sightseeing Pass and this is highly recommended.

Unfortunately, it was not clear from the description that the pass is already valid when you express the voucher, because it says that you have to exchange it for tickets at the meeting point. What was not then, validity immediately with voucher. That should be formulated a little more clearly.

The pass was immediately available and worked great with the smartphone. The only minus point - no return transport incl. As directly from the provider. However, since the price difference directly to the provider was just under € 70 at the time of booking, we were better off here. :-)

Very usefull as it includes the main attractions among others.

Price performance was great. Everything worked fine. Any time
