Harry was a great driver. He was very engaging and was very informative with Brisbane history during the drive out. Instructions for the pickup/ drop off were very clear. The zoo itself was amazing. You are left at the zoo to wander at your own pace for about 6 hours. It was enough time to see everything without being rushed. All in all it was a lovely day and I would definitely book again.
Only complaint was it was advertised that you would pick us up from our hotel if we paid a small fee, but when I rang to book, you stated you couldn’t do so because of road works which were non existent.
Great staff on board the cruise! They were very friendly and had a lot of cool facts about the area. The koala sanctuary was awesome! Lots of kangaroos and wallabies to feed. And I got to pet a koala!
Nice day out. Boat captain friendly and informative. Able to buy drinks and food onboard. Koala sanctuary is worth a visit, especially if you want to hold a Koala.
Fantastic, informative, and relaxing cruise. The Koala sanctuary was great, we had our pictures taken with a koala! It was the highlight of our trip.
