Discover the secret to Castlemaine Four X on a 1.5-hour tour of the brand’s famous brewery in Brisbane, and travel through more than a century of beer brewing history. The tour covers all aspects of the iconic brand, from how it got its name to how it is made. You will even get to see what it tastes like when poured fresh at the brewrey! Learn the origins of beer and brewing, and how to pour a perfect glass for yourself. Start in the Four X Brewery Visitor Centre, and then walk through the heart of the heritage listed site. Discover what raw ingredients are needed for the brewing process, before tasting a couple of fresh beers in the Brewery Restaurant to end your tour.

The brewery is non-operational on a Friday. Nothing on either your website or the breweries website noting this. The guide was a new member of staff and had no idea about the history or operation of the brewery. Overall very disappointing.
