Very enjoyable experience. Our first time using Segway but training given for c30 minutes & excellent advice/guidance provided. Plenty of opportunities for photographs to be taken by guide on our behalf. Guide very helpful, supportive & professional. Would recommend experience to anyone wanting to see Brisbane alongside the river.

Our guide T, was super. I’d never been on a Segway before but she explained it well. Thereafter we had a comprehensive trip round Brisbane…& covered a lot of ground including crossing several of the main bridges & visiting the Botanic Gardens. Woukd thoroughly recommend it as a trip.

The Segway tour was good except the guide seemed to assume that the Australian people on the tour didn’t need to be told about some of the places visited and he would start his talk to the Canadian people before we arrived. I also thought that the maintenance of the equipment appeared a bit haphazard. When the Segways were being brought out and given to the riders at least two machines had to be changed due to minor problems experienced by the riders.
