Despite rough seas on the route to Provincetown which for a while had this as a 'terrible' trip, the return trip won me back.....I sat on the upper deck on a beautiful sunny day and had an adventure rather than a commute. Highly recommend this v. the drive from Boston.

    Kind!!!

We had printed out our tickets according to the Cape Code, which had worked well on the way there. Scanned, ready ..... Unfortunately it was not so easy on the return trip. Unfortunately, scanning did not work. So to the counter and please exchange for "correct" tickets. And that's where the disaster began. We were told that the tickets were not valid. Our booking confirmation was titled "not real". At some point we got patronized "free" tickets. These were then unfortunately dated to a wrong date .... The ferry was already leaving and now we were there ... thanks to the nice gentleman on the gangway we obviously felt sorry for the fact that we were able to go with us. He took the tickets from us and said he would take care of it. Thank you!!!! Conclusion, unfortunately, the system is not yet fully developed.
