This was more of a history/art lesson in the open than a walk. We actually did little walking however the information and insight into Bordeaux was brilliant! The guide interacted with each member on the tour which felt very inclusive and had an engaging way of relating facts. Personally, I think that it would work better to have the guide talk exclusively in one language. We started off with a mix of French and English which felt as though the english part was much reduced. Later, when he switched to english only, it was more engrossing for those of us who lack anything more than very basic french. Highly recommended!

The Bordeaux tour was A lovely walking introduction to the city. The guide Catherine was very knowledgeable and her sense of humour was amazing. On top of that she was conducting the tour in French and English, as the group was of mixed nationalities!

We’re expecting very hot weather, but it was overcast and yet warm. Had a pleasant tour, was a busy one with equal numbers in English and French speakers. My sister has difficulty hearing so she found it hard to keep up. However that said it was good to get a potted history of a chunk of Bordeaux. Thank you
