Bora Bora: Whale Watching Tour with Snorkeling

1. Bora Bora: Whale Watching Tour with Snorkeling

Enjoy a whale watching tour from Bora Bora from July to November when the whales migrate from Antarctica to warmer waters to give birth. Try to spot humpback whales, orcas, dolphins, and rorqual whales. Be picked up directly from your hotel dock and board the boat. Locate and listen to the whales with the onboard hydrophone. Once you see a whale, admire how it plays in the water. Have more of a chance of seeing newborns as this is where they give birth. Learn about the habitat and behaviors of these mysterious creatures. Travel with a company that is registered and approved as a whale watching tour operator with the Directorate of the Environment agency.

Bora Bora by Land and Sea: 4WD Safari and Snorkel

2. Bora Bora by Land and Sea: 4WD Safari and Snorkel

Benefit from pickup at your hotel, or Vaitape pier, and then travel along the mountain roads of Bora Bora by open-sided 4WD vehicle to get panoramic views. Follow a 20-mile circuit around the island, and stop to look at the lagoon from spectacular lookouts, such as Matira Point, the Faanui Cannon, and Amanahune Bay. Learn about the military relics left by US troops after World War II. Marvel at the volcanic rock formations from the ancient caldera, and watch local artisans making coconut oil and tie-dye sarongs at a crafts workshop. Sample tropical fruits at a plantation, and enjoy a delicious lunch at the iconic Bloody Mary’s restaurant with a quirky interior of tiki torches and palm-trunk seats. Spend the afternoon on a boat cruise of the lagoon and search for stunning stingrays and blacktip sharks. Then, snorkel around the coral gardens and marvel at the colors of the tropical fish. The approach here is focused on respect for marine life, ensuring a great experience whilst protecting the flora and fauna (no feeding of sharks, and protecting the coral). Marine life is well represented, but spotting an animal presence cannot be guaranteed

Bora Bora 4WD and snorkelling tour with lunch

Great guides, well organised day. Small group meant we had a memorable experience. Was worth the money. Excellent communication prior from Moana Adventure Tours who promptly emailed back answers to any questions we had. Swimming with the stingrays and sharks was amazing and there were lots of different reef fish. The coral is not as good as elsewhere but the snorkelling was still excellent. Beautiful clear waters in 3 locations.

Beautiful boat trip to see the rays and the black tip sharks where you can swim with them good and prepared our skipper excellent the visit to the beautiful coral gardens also the second part of the day off-road to see the beautiful island from above of bora bora

Unbeatable overall package! And if you still think about this price, it's your own fault! An unforgettable experience. The guides are more than friendly and have fun!

Unique experience! I recommend taking it on this page since it is much more expensive in hotels.
