If you have the opportunity to book this experience…DO IT!!! I can’t even put into words what a magical experience it was!! We learned about chocolate making, local fruit and were even able to make our own Bon Bons!!! Andrea, our guide, was awesome! She was upbeat and fun!! Juan, the chef and owner of Di Amato ( the location of the tasting) was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He even went the extra mile to make my husband food AFTER his restaurant was closed!! The entire experience was like spending an evening with really cool friends eating unbelievably tasty food and chocolate items!! I highly recommend!!!
