I love this tour, you’re lucky if you get Andres as your guide. He will take you on a stroll to La Candelaria, which in itself is a feast for the eyes. We enjoyed the food and drinks, especially the tamal, ajiaco, and Abborajados. There is also time to connect with fellow travelers on this tour which makes it so much enjoyable.

What a great tour! Our guide Nick was fantastic. Super enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. So much food that I was full to bursting by the end! I highly recommend this food tour to anyone. Great places chosen & you get to see some of La Candelaria too. A very arty place. ¡Me encanta mucha!

Lots of typical treats that were really fun. By the way, a whole lot in total, so it’s best not to eat anything beforehand. Unfortunately, almost no information about the individual specialties and products. Just an almost wordless guided tour with food stations. While talking to the guide while walking, I was able to establish that she had a lot of knowledge and exciting things to tell, for example about the origin of the tamales. Why she didn't share this knowledge with the participants during the tour remains a mystery to me. Incidentally, on many get-your-guide tours in Colombia, you will find that the guides usually hardly explain anything. They are usually only there to point the way and to announce meeting points/times. A pity!
