After swimming with the dolphin, you'll be heading to the famous and natural Crystal rock. Over there, you will have the opportunity to snorkel in the pure crystal lagoon and take great pictures. The crystal rock is a beautiful natural phenomenon occurring in the southwest of the island in the lagoons of Le Morne. This subliminal rock formation sits just a couple of hundred meters away from the shore and offers a splendid view to anyone who lays their eyes on it. After swimming, you'll be heading to Benitier islet to savor a 3-course lunch, The wonderful cooks will start preparing the lunch as soon as you will be on the island, and within an hour you will be eating a delicious menu of Grilled Seafood and Fish, Chicken, Sausages, Garlic Bread, Salads, Dessert: Banana Flambe. You will then head to the sacred lake of Grand Bassin, the most important place of worship for Mauritian Hindus and make a short drive to the Black River Gorges and stop at the Black River View Point, to see the island’s endemic flora and fauna. Visit La Rhumerie de Chamarel to learn about the various stages involved in making the local rum, before tasting the end product! A delicious gourmet lunch will then be served in a local restaurant. After lunch, the drive continues to Chamarel Village to admire the 90-meter high Chamarel Waterfall and the curious 7-Coloured Earth, a natural phenomenon caused when basaltic lava converts the clay mineral into vibrant shades of red, brown, violet, green, blue, purple, and yellow. Take a winding drive to the southwest corner of Mauritius, and enjoy the drive through Macondé Bridge for panoramic views across the Baie Du Cap River.

Visit the Original 7 Coloured Earth in Chamarel and drink in the lunar-like spectacle of red, brown, violet, green, blue, purple, and yellow sand dunes set in the middle of lush green vegetation, with the Black River mountain range in the background. On your way to 7 Coloured Earth, you can also admire the majestic Chamarel Waterfall, the tallest single-drop waterfall in Mauritius at about 100 metres high. You can also wander to the tortoise park to see the tortoises called Toto, Tizean, Rosette, Nini, Tizom and Tifam up close — a great activity for the family. Originally from Aldabra in Seychelles, the species can reach up to 1 meter in length with an average lifespan of more than 150 years. During your visit to the Geopark, you can also stop for a snack or lunch at the Coffee Shop. There you'll find themed products such as the Seven-Coloured Macaroons or Gourmet Popsicles. The Coffee Shop also serves Chamarel Coffee; the only locally grown and roasted coffee in Mauritius. Its taste is unique... maybe because it is grown on volcanic soil.

Step aboard the catamaran and look up at the Black River mountain range and the mythical Morne Mountain, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the calm blue waters of the West, complete relaxation awaits.  Depart from L'Estuaire, La Balise Marina at 9:00 AM and head to Tamarin Bay. Here, you can try to spot the dolphins. Then, take a leisurely sail in direction of Crystal Rock and stop on the way for some snorkeling and swimming next to the coral reef. Once you arrive at Crystal Rock, you may have another swim while the crew is preparing a delicious BBQ. After lunch, you will be able to spend 40 minutes discovering Ilot Benitier. There is a tender boat at your disposal to take you to the island. Sail back to the Black River and arrive at approximately 3:30 PM.
