Has a shop on the way out Definitely a good day out
No reduction in price for only being able to go round the garden. House closed due to Covid restrictions. Peace and tranquility spoiled by a group of noisy students who planted themselves under the central Cherry blossom tree, disregarding social distancing rules.
Despite the closure of the house etc, our visit was a lovely experience. Particularly appreciated the range of plants, including unusual ones. The hyacinth greenhouse was gorgeous. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Such a good experience! We walked all around Birmingham City Centre learning all this new information and interacting with the scenery around us.
A delightful garden in the middle of the University ~ we will be back as the garden will change through the different seasons.
