I was disappointed that we could not walk along the stairs at Gaztelugatxe - it would have been good if the description of the tour (upon booking it) made that more clear and identified an option where that aspect was incorporated in the tour.

A great tour, with a very good relaxing local guide, who has a lot of knowledge and big heart for Bilbao’s underground/art/culture scene, and he also speaks English very well. Next to this, he knows the history of Bilbao very well. During the trip, we thanks to the guide got a very interesting insider look into Bilbao’s underground, art & graffiti scene, which gave us a very good understanding of the vibe of the city and we also saw a lot of great street art. A great experience with a great guide, if you want to see Bilbao from another side than only the standard tourists attractions.

We very much enjoyed the tour. Our guide Javier was very friendly and explained many details inside and outside the building to us. It was definitely worth booking the tour. They were also very flexible and supportive when we had to move the date for a private matter. Recommended tour and plenty of time with the guide!

Worth to visit. A hostess who cooks well and gets the best out of the tour. Beautiful views and of course delicious wines tasted. The guide (Experia Norte) knew everything about the city. We got a lot of history.

Very good guide Javier. Information and his personality made the visit around and inside the muzeum to a great experience.

Our guide was very knowledgable and was passionate about the museum.
