Full description
Discover the Bode Museum in Berlin with this skip-the-line ticket. It was in this building, opened in 1904 as the Kaiser Friedrich Museum, presented both paintings and sculptures together for the first time. In contrast to its original intention the building now houses the Sculpture Collection and the Museum of Byzantine Art and has been open to the public since 2006. Admire nearly 150 works from the Gemäldegalerie and the Münzkabinett. Highlights include Bernini's "Satyr with Panther" and Canova's "Dancer", mosaic icons as well as ancient and medieval coins in one of the most extensive coin collections in Germany and around the world.

    Beautiful museum !!!

The Bode Museum features a vast collection of sculptures of religious and other art and a special collection of coins. The beautiful museum has a café where I could enjoy a delicious sandwich. Attention to Brazilians: there is no audio guide in Portuguese. If you like sculptures go prepared because the museum is very big. I went in at 10:00 and left at 15:00. So don't go in a hurry. The museum staff is polite and I had no problem. I recommend it to anyone who likes art.
