Very organized and the tour guides were informative and funny. Really enjoyed the boat ride to the caves. The guide was fantastic. Wish we knew his name. He told us he has only been employee for a couple of months. Seemed like he’s been there for years. We will definitely return to the same tour. Berlengas tur

Very nice trip - the boat company were excellent and very helpful. The island is beautiful but be prepared for a lot of walking uphill and up steps in the hot sun. I managed ok but I was sweating like a pig! Don’t forget sunscreen as you are exposed to the sun the entire time. Not a whole keg to see on the island but still a great little 1/2 day trip! The fort, while great for photographs, is a bit underwhelming.

Bring a small backpack and sneakers so you can walk around the island. It is very small, half a day is more than enough if you don't do other activities like visiting the caves. The beach is very small and if you want to chill you may have not space to do it.
