We booked this excursion while on a cruise to Belize so it was not booked through the ship. It was a tender port and we had issues with the tender boat which caused a significant delay in getting to shore. The mainland was notified of the issue and we were told our excursion was still on. And yes, the company waited for us to arrive (we were about 45 minutes late). We were so grateful that they waited and we were able to enjoy this wonderful excursion. The kayaking was great going through the caves. The walk there was nice and not strenuous and crossing the river was easy. Our guide was Abner and he was informative and made jokes. We opted out of the lunch option since we were worried about time with our original delay. But would definitely recommend the kayaking tour and would definitely go again. Thanks for a great experience (and waiting for us to arrive)!!!!

We had a fun day at the amazing Belize Zoo and Altuna Ha. Jose is very kind and caring and was wonderful with our adult son who walks with crutches and braces and uses a wheelchair for distance. The private tour was reasonably priced, picked us up at the port, and was just what we were looking for. Jose emailed me right back with answers to my questions. We would highly recommend Jose for a memorable day!

What a fantastic trip. Abenor, Marco, and Mikey were wonderful, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. The food on the way was incredible, don't miss out! The trip itself was magical. I'm glad we opted for the kayaking over the tubing as it added an extra bit to the trip. We will definitely be doing this again and using this tour guide the next time we are in the country.

My wife and I really enjoyed our tour, the guide was very knowledgeable and fun. We learned some interesting history about The Mayans, had fun zip-lining and then a relaxing cave tube ride.

Very personalized tour with a knowledgeable guide, absolutely worth it!
