What people are saying about Bath
Great activity with the kids. A short trip up the river and back. Just enough to see some of the wildlife (we saw a heron and a Peregrine falcon) and the famous Pulteney bridge and weir. A lovely perspective of the city from the river. The guide was very good with some interesting facts which kept the kids engaged. It is a small boat which made it feel quite special, we were the only people downstairs so it felt like a private tour!
A nice sunny day is a plus but although it was miserable and raining on our trip it was still interesting, informative as well as dry on the boat! The guide was very nice and interesting to listen to. Our guide around Bath was excellent!! He knew so much about the history of Bath, he was very knowledgeable, brilliant all round!
It was wonderful. Karen was an excellent guide, so nice and competent. Malcolm the driver was so sympathetic and funny. All the safe mesures were done. It was an amazing day. I recommend!!! Now I have to wait the second lockdown ends to get another tour.
The boat ride was short but informative. It was very warm with the fire and the crew ensured good social distancing and other measures due to COVID-19. The crew were polite and helpful. They were also clearly very knowledgeable about the local area.
Brilliant way to get to know the city. 24 hour pass so can be used on two days. Did both routes and repeated first route next day. Great to do if showery as you can shelter upstairs under cover
