Welcome, instruction, transport, training before the first trip and the individual trips were very good. The instructors tried very hard and can communicate in many languages. We have always felt safe. If the weather does not go along as desired (rain), always weigh up first whether it is safe enough. That's why we stopped the whole exercise the first time and could continue at a later point in time.

We really enjoyed the tour and would also recommend it for families with small children. We felt very comfortable on board. Kudos to the crew! Everything perfect

Very nice guides who tried to translate everything for everyone. We also had more fearful ones and the group was very responsive to them. Top
