My husband and our 4 adult children spent a week in Spain. We hired Yves for a New Year's Eve cooking class. We had a the best evening with him shopping in the local markets for our groceries to prepare all our tapas, coming back to our Airbnb and prepping all the food while sipping wine Yves paired with our menu, and lastly sharing the delicious meal together! A fabulous way to ring in the new year! Thank you Yves for giving our family a night to remember.

My husband and I visited Barcelona for a few days and have been trying to take a private paella class for years. We found Yves and after seeing his great reviews, we decided to give his class a try. Let me just say that Yves did not disappoint! He met us at the market and picked out every single ingredient to our liking to cook a traditional seafood paella, teaching us some of the history of Spain. We then went to a kitchen and cooked the most fantastic (seriously, it was the best thing we had eaten in Spain) paella ever. If you are in Spain, I highly highly recommend taking a class with him! We can’t wait to come back and cook with him again.

Cooking with Yves was a highlight of our trip to Barcelona. Picking out favorite foods with Yves in the Boqueria market and cooking in his kitchen was so informative and fun. Yves kept us all busy in the kitchen and my 10 year old daughter loved it. Wonderful meal and SO fun! Thank you Yves!
