Full description
Start the tour with a trip to Gaudi’s iconic masterpiece, the Sagrada Familia. Listen to your guide explain why it has been under construction for over 100 years and why it is still not finished. Continue the tour along one of the most popular avenues in Barcelona, the Passeig de Gràcia which contains several of the city's most celebrated pieces of architecture from artists such as Antoni Gaudí, Josep Puig i Cadafalch, Lluís Domènech i Montaner, and many others. As you glide along the street, soak up the rich historical atmosphere and listen to fascinating stories about the city’s past. Stop by the city’s Arc de Trumph next, which was built for the 1888 Barcelona World Fair, then head over to Ciutadella Park. Ride through the green heart of the city to reach the famous Cascade Fountain and see colorful parrots flying around. Travel back towards the Eixample district, passing by La Monumental, which is the last bullfighting arena in Catalonia which was still in use until 2011.

It's a lot of fun and you see a lot in a short amount of time!

Everything done right! There were only three of us in the group - my friend, the guide and I, and we were able to see a lot. Riding the Segway also worked very well. We were also told something about some sights, but we didn't stop for everything and drove more, which I found very good. And don't be put off by the somewhat run-down facade of the meeting point, our guide was there on time and everything worked out. A star deduction, however, because the tour does not include any insurance at all.

Brilliant! A must for people who want to get the feel of Barcelona.

I was shown around by David who was a fantastic guide. After a tutorial for riding the Segway we were off to see the sights. From then on it was history politics and art galore. David really knew his stuff and had photos to show of how Barcelona was like before olympics 1992. The tour really created a window for a foreigner to glimpse the Catalan/Barcelonian identity and leaves you thirsting for more. A brilliant intro to Barcelona and a must for first timers!

Super nice tour, not only Gothic Quarter.

Our guide was great. It was just the two of us so we would have a VIP tour of Barcelona. It was hardly in the Gothic Quarter, but that was a good thing as it was a public holiday here. We saw a lot of the city that we would not have seen otherwise. Thank you for the good tour.
