One of the best cooking classes abroad! The host was the best! Very friendly, very knowledgable, very chatty, very kind and to the point. You meet at the house and walk to the market. The market is AMAZING!!!! All the food stalls close permanently sometime after 4pm so if u want to visit the market on your own time, u must do so outside of the class. This is the best Paella u will ever have in your life, PERIOD! The Sangria is whatevers, it'll get u drunk and there is as much as u can drink. The Paella is where it is at. The Socaret or crunchy part of the rice, so good. You get to strip the squid, mussels, clams and shrimp. The class lasts about 4 hours or so. Totally dependent on when u want to leave after finishing your meal. EXTEMELY RECCOMEND. You won't regret it. Might even be the best part of your trip!

My daughter and I really enjoyed the class. It was a unique and exciting experience, which started with a walk through the Boqueria Market to pick paella ingredients. We met other travelers, chatted about our trips, while learning how to cook an authentic paella and make sangria. What’s not yo love! Vegetarian paella was delicious as well. The class was well organized, our chef was engaging and knowledgeable. Tapas and an always full glass of sangria were a nice touch. Highly recommend!
