My family and I really enjoyed this tour to Montserrat. We especially liked our knowledgeable guide Daniel and the private bus transfer. Our guide gave us a ton of information about the mountain on the way there and then led us on a walking tour to see the basilica and the Moreneta before the crowds arrived. Then we had free time so our family split up...some went to shop and grab a snack, others went for a hike, and others explored the museum. Caught a quick nap on the bus ride back to Barcelona. I would definitely recommend this tour.

It was so nice to have all the logistics handled and to just walk right in to see the Black Madonna. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable and we had the perfect amount of time to explore on our own. I liked how he gave us the option of staying with him to learn more or doing our own thing.

Great experience! As others have already said the tour would’ve been more enjoyable if only even an hour longer. If you plan on going to the Cross of Saint Joan, Move very quickly so you do not miss the bus. Says the hike is about 15 minutes it’s more close to 25 minutes.
