The driver was trying to call me, but I had airplane mode on. We were told he would pick us up, outside our terminal (D), but unfortunately, the driver was waiting for us at terminal B. This was not his fault, as that is what he was told. The company should have given him the correct information, and given us more complete information. The driver was very courteous, and took us right to our hotel.

There was some confusion as to the pick up time and pick up address. We had it sorted out in the morning. Glad that you provided the phone number of the local guide who spoke English and we were able to arrange with her and she was able to send a taxi at the last minute.
