This was an excellent tour! From the moment we were picked up by Agus our driver, we felt welcome and safe on our journey. The drive was long but Agus was very accomodating and recommended we get some sleep before we arrive. When we got to the base of Mount Batur, we were met by our guide Komang Kes. Words cannot describe how amazing he was. The trek was challenging on some areas, and Kamong gave us a helping hand every step of the way, recommending good footings and resting with us whenever we needed. Not to mention an amazing sense of humour, and so much knowledge of the mountain! Agus was an exceptional driver for the rest of the day, and ensured we were comfortable right up until we returned to the hotel. Thank you to everyone, highly recommended this to anyone planning on doing Mount Batur - you cannot put a price on genuine human connection and professionalism.

Our day was filled with great adventure, kind people, beautiful views of Cepung waterfall, and an INCREDIBLE guide. Gusde drove us around and was so kind, knowledgeable, fun, and overall just a joy to be around. He really elevated our experience with his life stories, jokes, and information about his culture. HIGHLY recommend requesting Gusde as your guide for this excursion. We have booked multiple excursions with a number of different guides and Gusde has been the absolute best one, hands down.

Our guide Dharma was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, kind hearted and an amazing photographer. On the way to the Bali Swing he took us via the village where the Heron birds are located. He took amazing photos at the swing and the rice field, and shared great insights along the way. He was patient and kind as we stopped along the way back for shopping. He also has an awesome songs playlist. Very grateful to have had him as our guide!

Had the most amazing time! Everyone along the trip was very helpful and friendly. We had an awesome guide for the white water rafting who made it super fun and entertaining. Make sure you pack an extra pair of clothes for the rafting as you will want dry ones for the swing, coffee plantation and rice terrace! Our guide/driver for the day, Yogi, was extremely friendly and helpful, he made the trip a great experience.

Tour guide was amazing, picked us up on time, knew his stuff, took photos for us & was fine to do anything we asked!
