What people are saying about Bali

I had never used an eSim before so the process was a little convoluted at first. The instructions given were quite good, however they needed to specify which mobile network to connect to. I am in Bali and there was at least 5 different mobile networks available. I tried 3 different networks and it still was not working so I figured there was a problem with the settings on my phone. Eventually I contacted the technical support via WhatsApp chat and they told me the correct mobile network to connect to (XL network) and it worked perfectly after that. Also, be aware that you need to have a second device that you can display the QR code that is sent after purchasing the eSim because you need to scan the QR code with the device you want to use the eSim on. I was travelling with friends and family so it wasn't a problem for me to send the QR code to them and then I could scan it. Overall I am happy as the price was reasonable, it was convenient and tech support provided help promptly.

Bought this for Malaysia and Singapore and it worked in both. Didn’t have any issues at all. You need to have two devices to set the sim up - one to display the QR code whilst you scan it with the phone that will use the eSim. Ensure that you turn on data roaming in settings once the eSim has been installed

Easy to use, but do need someone to take photo of QR code for you. However instructions are not good and wouldnot have known what to do if I hadn't read the previous review about which network to select. Indo XL.

Wow! Komang was wonderful :) my sim did not work at first and I was so worried because I was traveling alone. But he went out of his way to find a solution and now I'm all set up. 100% satisfied thanks Komang :)

Worked perfectly. Used in Thailand: Bangkok and Koh Samui.
