If you like wine this is a must to try. Christian was an amazing and patient guide and he took extra time for us at the end to explain why Châteauneuf du Pape is unique in its way-it is made out of 13 different grapes. Plus he told us some funny local stories of the Pope which added an extra smiles to the trip. We saw 2 wine producers and got some wine tasting lesson to compare the wines between each other. You could understand better why wine is important in the French culture. It is a whole science behind it. Warmly recommend it.

WQe thoroughly enjoyed our time and found out so much about the region, the types of grapes they are allowed to use, all the rules they have to follow etc.... The actual wineries we went to for tasting were absolutely top notch and delicious!! The information on the region was very informative and the knowledge that the guide shared on the history of the area and the winery was a wonderful bonus. i highly recommend this tour and company!!!

Good tour.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and pleasant. The tour was in a small van, so the group was quite small -- 7 of us -- which was excellent and allowed for the asking of more questions. The title of the tour is a bit misleading in that you will visit 2 wineries, only one of which is in Chateau-neuf-de-pape. Also, the tour was advertised as being in English, but one couple present preferred French. -- actually did not seem to speak English at all -- so guide had to repeat everything twice, but no one seemed to mind. The one other piece of feedback was that the information I was sent on signing up said that I needed to call and confirm with the actual tour provider, but the phone number given (same as on their website) was out of order. I sent them an email instead and they confirmed.
