    Such a good experience. Everything was perfectly fine really. I didn’t expect it to be good! Unfortunately, I can’t give more than 5 stars.

    From Krakow, travel in an air-conditioned bus for approximately 1.5 hours to Birkenau near the town of Auschwitz. Upon arrival have a short break. Before you start your tour collect informational booklets in your own language and receive from the driver all important information regarding what you must see. Explore the biggest Nazi extermination camp on your own. Spend at least one and a half hour seeing the remnants of living barracks for prisoners and the notorious gas chambers. From the Birkenau Memorial make your way to the Auschwitz Museum. Before you enter, receive guidelines from the driver and spend up to 2 hours in the Museum visiting numerous permanent exhibitions intended to provide an account of the horror of the camp. Finish your tour and go back to Kraków to the starting point, seeing various landmarks on the way.

    The tour was very good. Pawel is very kind and helpful. We were a big family with my mom using a cane and he helped us to get a wheelchair to make us enjoy more the tour. I really recommend him.

    Depart Krakow and journey to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum by air-conditioned minivan or minibus. Watch the short documentary "The Liberation of Auschwitz" on the way to learn more about the camp. Upon arrival, take a guided tour of the site to learn about one of the darkest chapters in the history of Europe. Spend approximately 3.5-hours at Auschwitz-Birkenau, and then drive to the Wieliczka Salt Mine for a 2.5-hour guided tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Marvel at the chambers carved in salt and see statues and chapels carved by the former miners.

    The driver, Chris was prompt and friendly. He looked after us all well. This trip was well organised, although it was a long day! The guides were very good and well informed. Would recommend but be prepared for a full on day and grabbing food as you go as no time as such for a lunch break.
