Impressive. This visit really comes into its own if you are shown on the spot by someone who can tell you all the backgrounds. Through the headset you get everything that the tour guide tells without the sounds of other groups and / or tour leaders. After all, it can be quite busy. The headset allows you to concentrate better on the story. Entire trip, from collection to bringing home perfectly arranged.

This experience was something else, from start to finish in a good way. The transfer was a tiny bit late due to bad traffic, no ones fault. Whatsapped the GetYourGuide team and was resolved in ten mins If I had to have a moan, we were last to be picked up and both my husband and I are quite tall, room at the front of the minibus was limited. The day was well organised and well timed. Very informative and very humbling and emotional.

Although our guide was extremely good we felt the tour was a bit rushed. It was a long day and we were never given enough time to get some food and a hot drink. We also weren't allowed to take coffee onto the bus even with a lid. We were told that we would have time for a coffee bur due to large queues we had to get takeaway coffee and then had to throw it away as we couldn't take it on the bus.
