What people are saying about Auschwitz Monument

We had a great guide, Peter. My boyfriend and I have lived in Amsterdam for several years. But to walk through it in this way and learn about all kinds of monuments and texts on walls why they are there is quite intense. Every day hundreds of people cycle and walk by who have no idea what happened during the war. An absolute must walk if you like history. However, the tour was about much more than just Anne Frank. You don't get close to her house, but you do go through the neighborhoods where most of the history lies, regarding the persecution of the Jews. Our guide knew a lot about Anne Frank.

The tour guide, Michelle, went above and beyond. He had a wealth of knowledge about Amsterdam and intertwined this knowledge with a really good sense of humour, keeping us engaged for the whole 2 hours. He left us with a lasting impression and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, young or old
