The organization of the trip I would say is poor. The trip bought at 12:15 the day before was changed to 11:30 and then started at 12:40. I had to call several times and ask for a guide because somehow the organizer forgot about us. The guide was very nice woman with great knowledge, she told passion - we found Mrs. Berta Bolisęga. Transport to the second camp by bus and here again a failure, because the people who were cars were not informed that they had to come back on their own by a completely different bus, the bus that took us went directly to Krakow. you could go to the second camp in your own car and not return to the overloaded bus in a crowd.

Everything went very professionally. Before the start of the tour, we were searched for by calling up the names or addressing them discreetly so that nobody is forgotten, I found it very good also because of the different national languages. During the tour, everything was clearly understood thanks to equipment with a receiver and headphones, even if the distance was 50 meters. Our guide spoke fluent German and was very competent. It was all very impressive, the tour lasted exactly 3.5 hours including two bus transfers between Auschwitz and Birkenau. to recommend

The tour was really nice and the guide was not boring at all. I went there with a group of friends and we really enjoyed this experience, they opened our eyes about what happened there. Furthermore, the driver was a good one and the guy helping the driver on the bus has been really nice and available to help us with our questions. I absolutely recommend them if you want to visit Auschwitz and Birkenau
