Had a great, older lady on the tour, ♥️♥️ I just wish that we had been approached about the tour or a more precise place to meet up would be identified because of the other groups / tours, it was very confusing! Wasn't clear where the meeting point or guide is.

good trip However, I did not do the whole thing from Kraków, but was already in Auschwitz. The others were transported to Birkenau after the first part, I had to get there on my own. Something I haven't read anywhere before. There are shuttle buses, but you shouldn't use them for external group tours

An essential page of history when you come to Poland... The visit is quite long but you don't see the time passing. The comments are adapted and very audible thanks to the audio system provided. At the entrance, it's quite poorly organized and a little stressful, taking 5 minutes more to take the group into account and calmly present the visit would be appreciated. Fortunately afterwards, everything is fine and the visit is not done by running, that's good. Avoid the restaurants on site, it is very expensive and of poor quality.
