We were informed 24 hours in advance that the beginning of the tour had changed - but it wasn't particularly dramatic. The organization was good, all information was available by email or in the app, apart from the fact that our contact person on site was a little late and it got a bit stressful. The tour itself was in German and with headphones through which you could hear the tour guide. The group was mixed, not exclusively participants from this provider. We were satisfied, I just think that next time I would book a guided tour of the museum itself. If you had questions, the people on site didn't help but referred you to the provider.

Nice tour, if the term is applicable to visiting a KZ. The guide was very nice and informative. The only thing that turned it down a little bit to my taste is too many mentions of compensations/reparations not being paid to poles(whilst paid to the others). It's fine to mention it once, but repeating it over and over during 2-3 hours sounds more like envy or resentment.

A 10! Essential tour. Our native guide from Poland but with a degree in Hispanic Philology knew how to convey the history perfectly. His passion for his work was evident. It is important to visit these sites to preserve the historical memory and that these atrocities are not relived. Speechless! Impressive
