The tour has been very good in general, is very well organized and the guides are great and super friendly. Especially Caterina on the sunset excursion, she explains everything with a lot of passion and enthusiasm, thanks to her we have changed the excursion the next day for hikking and it has been a success. Highly recommended in general to make this day trip. You have time to rest and visit Meteora with time and without hurry. The hotel very simple but clean and correct with unpretentious breakfast but just and necessary. In general the excursion has been 10.

Wonderful Meteora

Meteora is a wonderful place. I would like everyone to experience the scenery and the monastery tour. The tour was good too. The guide was kind and very familiar with the history of Meteora. Bad points of the tour. On the first day, I was taken to the hotel from Kalambaka Station, but the hotel was away from the city and there were no restaurants around. I thought I would have lunch at the start of the tour at 3pm, but the hotel restaurant opened at 2pm. I had to eat only soup and salad that could be eaten in a short time from 2 o'clock, and put it in time for the 3 o'clock start tour.

Eva(sunset tour) and Jim (half day tour) were knowledgeable, insightful and made the trip interesting with alot of information about every location. Stops made along the way for photography, and water provided. All the drivers were also very good, safe drivers, pleasant and even helpful with photography. Everything went perfectly. Thanks!! (it would have been great if plastic ponchos were provided in case of rain. (perhaps at optional added cost.)
