The tour starts at around 2pm and there is an extended section of picking guests up from various hotels. It may have been because of the traffic this day but this exercise took about an hour. We only had an hour at the site (from 4.40-5.40pm) which seemed slightly strange in comparison to the amount of time getting there and back. The archaeological site also closes before 5.30pm. The tour would be improved by: (1) getting guests to all meet at one or two central locations rather than picking up 1-2 people from 7-8+ different hotels and (2) stopping at least once on the way. There are several viewing spots and it’s a beautiful coastline. Its a shame that you can’t really enjoy the scenery. Our tour guide took ill on the journey home, understandably she had to leave early.

The guide was so sweet and brought extra material, with pictures of what the site and the temple looked like. She was able to answer any questions and was super helpful. The bus was comfortable, the pick up points are practical, they will always try to accommodate you and leave you close to where you want to go on the way back. The scenery is beautiful throughout the whole trip!

A must do if you’re visiting Athens. This was such a great excursion out of the city. The drive was scenic. The bud was comfortable and the guide was super knowledgeable on mythology and history! The temple was stunning and the sunset was one of the best on my whole trip! Highly recommend. The meet up point was next to a few places to grab a snack before hand and such a close walk from my hotel! Check in was super easy and the whole experience was so easy going. Loved it!!
