The hop on hop off bus tour was very hot and crowded . The sun can be pretty intense and the bus doesn't move fast in traffic. So even inside or in shade can be hard heat wise. Plus the audio was pretty sparse and not timed well. So not very informative at all. The sunset tour was better with a coach that was completely full. The guide did his best to keep us entertained and informed of Greek myths and some history. The ride there was pretty long and it was quite late getting back. The restaurant was very pricey. And slow. Be aware if you plan to take in the sunset as you have only about a hour to order and eat. The views and the sunset perhaps made the cost worth while by itself. It was truly gorgeous. The views and sunset was five stars. The rest at best three stars.

We enjoyed the trip. It wasnt too difficult to find the meeting point😬our guide Charis was v helpful & knowledgable to keep us entertained/informed. Just too bad we didnt get to see the setting sun at Poseidon temple cos it was a little cloudy. But still a lovely place to visit.

The Cape Sounion trip was great. When we reached Cape Sounion my wife, who had had a bad fall the day before elected to stay at the bus while I wnt up with instructions to take lots of pictures. When I started down again what should I meet but Mary-Lou in a wheel chair being pushed up by our guide Charalampos. He had found the wheel chair in the office and borrowed it. Really delivering a fantastic service. We made good use of the 2 days with the Blue Bus, our only complaint is that there seems to be little correlation between the times the different rotes get to the change over points.routes
