Hear about the infamous Ottoman sultan Hasekis as you enjoy magnificent views of the ruins of the Temple of Olympian Zeus. Continue to the 19th-century mansion of the Zappeion Megaron, built to house the participants of the 1st modern Olympic Games. See the neighboring Panathenaic Stadium, a symbol of the Greek athletic traditions. Next, look at the Presidential mansion and Prime Minister's residence on Herodou Attikou street. Visit the National Garden, the oldest and most famous botanical garden in Greece. Then, go to the Parliament building and Syntagma Square to see the Presidential Guard dressed in their traditional tsoliades uniforms. Discover the former residence of the archaeologist Sliman at the Numismatic Museum, and see the neighboring Academy of Athens, University, and National Library. Cycle through the 1st palace of King Otto to reach the 19th century commercial streets of Eolou and Athinas. Follow the cobblestone streets of Psirri to the Museum of Islamic Art. Next, enter Ermou Street to see the Kerameikos archaeological zone. Discover an old gas factory that has been turned into an industrial museum. Amazing moment and amazing guide! We really enjoyed this experience. Dimitria showed us nice places, not only the mythological ones. We ate delicious lukumades before going around the acropolis and then we had the famous local souvlakis for lunch ! It was so yummy ! The bikes are electrical so the trip is totally easy I greatly recommend !

Great tour and food, very nice bikes

It was exceptionally good. The bikes are well maintained, brakes work perfectly. You may choose a bike according to your height, which is really thoughtful. The electric assistance is of high quality (bosch engine) and I never needed more then first level of it, even uphill. We've learned a lot about which places deserve a visit, which is helpful if you've only came to Athens, so you now where to go after the tour. The food was great. We've had loukumades and gyros, as well as water (coffee or soft drinks not included, but not expensive at all). You may choose nuts or no nuts for loukumades and pork or chicken for gyros (there might be more options too). After the tour we were given a beautifully designed map of Athens and given any advice we wanted on restaurants, cafes or sights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend starting your visit with them.

Simply The best! A must do for tourists visiting Athens

Me and my wife visited Athens for or very first time. We came across his tour and booked it online. It was very easy to find the place just be acropoli station. The owner and guide Constans is the best. He really knows this city well enough. We really recommend this tour because in 4 hours you will have a really good time and have all information you need To begin your tour of the city. Also, they use electric bikes and audio headsets. So it is not very tiring (especially for s city this hot and humid) and you feel safe and hear all nesscary info from your guide. Thank you everyone Solebike for the wonderful time
