What people are saying about Aswan

The whole experience is amazing and worth it. Abu Simbel is impressive (even though it takes 6-7 hours round trip to get there, you can sleep on the way or watch the desert). The cruise was very comfortable, meals were tasty and with variety and you can enjoy a relaxing time sailing the Nile and watching views. Our agency was always on call for any questions. Arwa was the representative answering all our questions on time and was very helpful in clarifying information and proving solutions along the way. On aspect to note is that if you are staying on Elephantine island (which was my case) I booked picked up from island, however there was a miscommunication along the way and we had to walk with our big bags to the port to try to find a boat. Matter was solved but meant a 1.5 hour delay on journey. My recommendation: booked your own boat with hotel/stay from elephantine to other side and meet guide there (ask specifically where). Apparently this issue happens often with all companies

They pick you up from your hotel in aswan and take you to abu simbel and come back to board cruise in aswan. We weren’t aware of this but the mini bus was comfortable and the guide was good. Then we got the surprise that our cruise was delayed. But Arwa from nice tours, who had been tirelessly and continuously in contact with kept us updated and got us an alternate cruise which matched our schedule needs. The cruise’s name was la fayan and was really amazing. We celebrated our parents anniversary here and they made an amazing cake at an extra price and sang very beautifully in arab. Arwa also got us a good deal to roam in luxor for the hassles the day before, and this was very well arranged too. All in all, in our experience, having your booking honoured in egypt is almost always a difficulty (we had issues with our hotel booking, hot air, giza visit etc.), so seeing arwa and nice tours go out of their way to make us feel comfortable was a pleasant experience and would recommend.

We were able to enjoy 3 super relaxing days on board. For me it was a total deceleration from everyday life. It was not a luxury ship, but has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The culinary area was varied, tasty and sufficient. The additionally booked excursions were well organized and carried out. Thanks for the 4 wonderful days!

Excellent tour; qualified tour guide, highly recomended.

很不错的旅行,船有一些老,但是一切都正常工作,服务员很热情有礼貌,每天的自助餐很好,每次的上岸旅行也不错。
