Learn about the differences between conventional and organic wines during this tasting activity. Sample several delicious local kinds of cheese paired with organic wine. Visit one of the oldest organic wineries in Assisi, where you will learn about its history and functions. See the fifty-year-old vineyards and enjoy a stroll through the grounds and olive groves. During the tasting, learn the main differences between the organic and conventional winemaking process and taste 5 Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT organic wines, paired with different traditional plates, like warm bruschetta with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cheeses with jams and balsamic vinegar, and typical Umbrian desserts. the Umbrian kitchen. A great experience with friendly hosts

We received a very warm welcome from everyone and enjoyed an amazing and very personal tour of all the processes at the winery. We were given lots of information and the opportunity to ask questions which made it all the more interesting. The food and wine that followed were perfectly paired and explanations of why each wine complemented the food were informative. The setting was lovely, the company lively and there was also laughter. The whole experience was delightful and very enjoyable.

Wir würden herzlich empfangen und bekamen eine Tour durch den sauberen und modernen Familienbetrieb. Maria spricht deutsch und ihre Tochter Annalaura englisch. Die Weine sind hervorragend und von höchster Qualität. Man fühlt sich in den zwei Stunden als würde man zur Familie gehören. Rundum perfekt. Nächstes Jahr wieder!!!
